Am new to infoapth but am a very experienced .NET developer.
I am writing a system that will send out infopath forms via email which users of the system will fill and and then submit (as xml) to the application for processing.
At the moment we are sending the .xsn file to be opened as an attachment using smtp wih some code similar to
String path = ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["InfopathFormsDir"] + Filename + ".xsn";
Attachment oAttach = new Attachment(path);
SmtpClient client = new SmtpClient();mailMessage.Attachments.Add(oAttach);
What I want is to have the email sent as the body of the email and submitted from inside outlook 2007. We will be using forms server and also have custom code placed inside the form.
Can you give me a steer towards some information, or tell me I need to rethink things then let me know.
