I have a simple purchase/order form I am implementing in Infopath (first time user so be gentle).

I am using a repeating table to itemize each unique product/service in the order. Each line item (row) contains standard fields such as quantity, product description, and unit price with a line-item total.

Requirement: I have one field that requires a product code from an established list of acceptable product codes.

1. I want my user to enter all order items into a repeating table.
2. For given column ProductCode they should select an acceptable product code from a hardcoded drop-down list.

Problem: after binding the desired column field to the drop-down list the selected item is perpetuated down each row of the repeating table instead of retaining unique values

I cannot put the drop-down list into the repeating table column. If it helps, this form will ultimately be published to SharePoint 2007 and workflowed.

DISREGARD.

 Figured it out. The Repeating Table creates rows with TextBox controls. You just have to delete the existing TextBox control in the column you want to replace with your Drop-Down List and everything works fine. I even have the Drop-Down List populated from my SQL Server. Very nice.
