Hi, I use a date picker control in a browser-enabled form. I see a date there in a following format: 05/05/2009. But validation error is displayed always: "Only date allowed (Example: 2001-03-14)". Date formats are differents!!! Can I set this validation message only to: "Only date allowed" ??? Thanks.

Hi,You can display the date format like this : “2001-03-14” format.1.    Double click on the Date picker control.2.    Click on format button.3.    Select “Display Date like this” radio button.4.    Select “2001-03-14” format from the list.5.    Click on ok.

We cannot change that message as it is given automatically by Infopath. And if you change the format also, it will display error message like you told when we enter invalid data in that field. If you want to add another message then use custom patters, data validations.
