InfoPath Dev

Need to create a simple Data Entry form for SQL 2005 DB.
I'm not a programmer.
I have BIS for VS and have sharepoint 2007 and infopath.

What should I use to design the form.

I have tried all but having a heck of a time figuring out the software.
