Hi,
I have a dropdown in IP form, and it consisting
of department name values, now I need to add one more option in
dropdown control the name of Other. If the employee cannot find his
department in the dropdown list he go with the other, when the user
click the value new emty other text box will appear to enter his
department name with the same ID of dropdown.
I have done upto this by using reference field, now the problem with
the site column I need to add the unique field name instead of two site
columns, i.e, ddl and txtBox field ids are same in one single site
column the value must enter.
For example when the user select Other from drop down the text box is open with the same filed name now the user enters name like LPO, I need the same information on the same site column of ddl. At present the ddl field shows other, I need the value of textbox in the ddl instead of Other.
Please suggest me, how can I do this.
