I recently created a new list. From this list I setup a workflow so that if a comment box was not empty it would email me. The workflow does not email me. It starts but it keeps saying retrying. In the application log I get event ID 6398 Source Windows SharePoint Services 3 Catagory: Timer. Here is the message:
