I found this article (http://enterprise-solutions.ikreate.nl/infopath2003/filter-repeating-table-date-range-rules.htm) on how to accomplish a date range parameter and was successful in replicating the example; however, I am trying to translate this to an existing InfoPath/Access query tool I've built. To add to the complexity the current query contains wildcard functionality similar to what is described here (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/826992). I have a few questions needing clarification:
1. The date range methodology described in the above article results in an automatic query that renders results when both date range parameters are defined by the user, since my query is using a custom query event button to support wildcard, how do I incoporate these together into a single button with existing custom code already existing for wildcard?
2. The date format required by the date range functionality is "yyyy-mm-dd", European sytle. Initially I thought I would simply change this to "mm-dd-yyyy" but it seem when I do this it somehow disables the dange range from working properly, how do I change the date format to "mm-dd-yyyy"?
