Hello First Time I have created a sample form and published the form using published wizard on Sharepoint. My form is published is successfully. I am able to submit the form, but whenever I re-open the form and resubmit the form, I am getting following error
an error occurred while the form was being submitted

Can anyone tell what’s wrong I am doing ?

I also have 2 queries as mentioned below
Query 1
I have two date field From Date and To Date, I want to validate To Date should not be less than From Date, How can I check this?

Query 2
I also like to save the file with following file name syntax depending on logged on user of Sharepoint

Filename should be AA_WSR_April 13-17 2009 and following breakup of filename

AA - First Character of First Name + First Character of Last Name
April 13-17 2009 April - Month of From Date
13 - Day of From Date
17 - Day of To Date
2009 - Year of From Date

Maybe it's trying to submit the form with the same name but since the form already exists it fails. This would happen if the form was submitting by writing code. Usually, just submitting doesn't have a problem if the form was open correctly. The other idea is that you are opening a form and someone the name is getting changed nad then it programmatically tries to save to the old name but collides with the previous form causing the error. We would have to look at your XSN file and SharePoint site to definitely nail this down.

Please let me know how can I upload xsn file here for your review? As far as Sharepoint site,it is intranet site can not be access from outside of the network.

Secondly no one else using this form.
