Outsourcing of InfoPath attachements in a SharePoint Library

I use SharePoint WSS 2003 in connection with InfoPath 2003. Saving the InfoPath forms in a SharePoint Library is no problem for me.
In the past I used the attachment modul in the InfoPath forms in order to attach files. But I'm not so happy about this solution. Its not
so efficent because I have to attach file by file and the size of the form increase fast and the form gets slow.

Is there a solution to implement a fileopen dialog in a infopath where I can choose one or more files in order to save them in a SharePoint Library?
There should also be a link to this files in the InfoPath form in order to reload the files later.
The idea is to keep the form quick and small. HELP!!!!

    Hi:

Check out qRules -- it has functionality you can use to save attached files to a SharePoint library and replace with a link...
