    Send email using Lotus Notes

Hi, We use Lotus Notes as our email platform and we have some forms in IP2003 that need to send emails to certain people at certain times (based on the status of the form). Whenever I create a Data Connection to email, Outlook opens up but since it is not configured, I cannot do anything. Can someone please help? Even if there is a code-behind to be done, I am willing to try it. Thanks in advance! Shivaji

Have you seen this post? Also, here is a link to an MS technet webcast that may help you.

Hi Hilary, Thanks a lot for the direction. This is indeed what we need however the code seems to be in VB and my existing code is in JS. I was wondering if it would be feasible for you to please let me know a location where I can look up the corresponding code in JS. Thanks! Shivaji

Change in Authentication Method on a production form

Hi Hillary, Sorry for writing to you directly. But I had no other way of contacting an Infopath Guru. I am currently using an Infopath 2003 form to connect to a SQL 2005 database. This connection is set up using the mixed mode authentication. Can I make some changes to the manifest file to make it connect to the SQL using Win NT authentication? The server has mixed-mode authentication enabled and the support guys want to change it to Win NT authentication which will stop my form from working. This is the reason for me wanting to change the form so that it can use Win NT authentication. Any help in this direction will be greatly appreciated!! Regards, Shivaji
