This problem may not be 100% related to InfoPath but I will give it a try.
So we use InfoPath to create some sort of report based on a few SharePoint lists. Then we use the option
'send as email' to notify selected users. It works fine except that email once delivered is around 2MB.
I saved that email as html and opened using some html editor and I have noticed that there is A LOT of CSS
formatting code injected into some html (especially TD) elements.
This CSS code is many times repeated which makes this email quite big. Can I force somehow InfoPath (or Outlook?)
to not include that CSS ??
Is there any other way to make these emails smaller ?
