I have a Infopath form that we are running on our SharePoint portal. Our portals are load balanced which I believe is causing a problem. On this infopath form, I have several drop down lists that are populated via a connection to a SharePoint lists. In addition, this form has code to publish the form data to a SharePoint list.
Occasionally we are getting users who are reporting that they are receving the following error "There has been an error while loading the form. A required resource could not be downloaded. To try to resume the download, refresh the page." However, thisis very sporadic, so I am wondering if something is not setup on one of the servers correctly.
Do all users need access to the _vti_bin folder where the SP webservices are stored? Could it be some users do not have access to this folder on one of the servers. We only just experienced this issue after our network group performed routine maintainence on the system.
