File attachment control not working when using form browser-enabled

    Hello good people!

I have made a report form where users can attach their files. I use a web service, developed by my own, to publish the data to a SQL DB.

If I use Infopath to fill out the form, everything is working properly. But if the form is opened in a Browser, the file attachment control shows the following error message when loading :

    "Only binary base64-encoded data allowed"

I'm using the base64 encoding and decoding methods but why isn't it working with browser-enabled forms?

attaching the DOC-File in Infopath and loading it at the browser -> same result.

attaching the DOC-File at the browserforms and loading it at Infopath -> working correctly

Is it possible that the browser changes the base64-string? because of special chars?

    please help!

Bump, I am having a similar problem. My error is that I cannot promote the file attachment feature when publishing to web browser. The error code is that the data type (base64binary) is not supported.
