Hi infopath guru's

 I have set up a form in infopath 2007.

it is an report that is sent out every day to a number of email adresses as an email body, not an attachment.

It works fine exept two of the fields do not show in the body of the message.

these fields are the only ones that the user writes info into and is not a drop down menu or populated from a secondary data source.

do you have any idea why this happens and how to resolve?

the fields are simple text boxes.

Once verify that those text boxes has any conditional formatting?

Nope no conditional formatting nor filtering. they are in a repeating section but everything else in that section is showing.

 could you be a bit more detailed about how to use that command?

 

the box is a rich text box

multiline is active and the box expands instead of forming a scroll bar.

I think I cracked this one

The rich text boxes do not seem to show up outlook webmail for some reason

I changed them to multiline text boxes and the problem was solved.

do not know why this happens but thats how it works.

Rich Text field data will be displayed in the mail. But rich text field will not be displayed.
