    Want to bypass showing Submit successful message box display

    Hi there,
    I would like to hide the message box display that appears after you submit a form.

    I am trying to partially automate the process.

    I am not a VB programmer.  Would like to. One day.
    I tried modify code in module in Submit Options/Submit rules/Edit code.
    I uncommented the line of code in "Public Sub FormEvents_Submit"  and changed to true.
    the line is " ' e.CancelableArgs.Cancel = False".

    Tried to run and got error messages, about missing code.
    Not sure what to do. So reversed the changes.

    Can you please advise what I should do here!!
    Thanks in advance for your time in responding to this puzzle.

    Hi,

    if you just want to bypass showing submit successful message box. create a custom buttom, and in its code just write

    this.Submit();

    this will throw an exception if the submit is not successfull. you can catch that and act accordingly

    it wont create any popup at all

    Thanks
