Submit to Access DB after doing a Save As

I have developed a infopath form that submits to an Access database but not all my users remember to submit their data to the database before saving their form as a new file. I need to have the data already in the database in order to perform further work activities.  I wanted to be able to have the submit procedure run when the user selects 'save as' on their form but have not been able to find any code suitable to do this. If someone have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

    Hi ssrt,
I am a newbie,  But, are you adding Submit buttons onto your form? They will save the database changes.

I would like to think save FORM functions could be loaded into the same button too?

I am using the Submit button quite well to save the database record and field changes.

    Hope this helps.

I already have a submit button on the form but the problem is not all users remember to use it. We are using the form to write up our production work orders and often have to write up multiple work orders at the same time. What ends up happening is the forms get saved off in a folder but the data does not get submitted to the databased. This is why I wanted to have the form submit the data when the form is saved off to ensure the data is submitted to the database.
