Hi,
I'm facing a problem from my user when submit an Infopath
form from sharepoint.Previously the form is working and have been used
for severel weeks.
When I try to download the form template from
the list, a pop up box appeared stating that the form template is
currently in used and will be open in read only mode.
I try to publish a simple form but failed. The system prompt error message "The operation failed because an unexpected error occured. (result code:0x80040e14)" when i try to publish to sharepoint.
When I looked at the server Event Viewer, there are Application error as follows:

1. Content index on Search could not be initialized. Error The content
index is corrupt
2. Tracing Service failed to create the trace log file at 'D:\Program
Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\12\LOGS\'. Error 5:
Access is denied.

Services 3 ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary
registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote
computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this

part of the event: #50071: Unable to connect to the database <configuration_db_name> on <database_server_name>. Check
the database connection information and make sure that the database server is
running.
Not sure whether this error connected with the InfoPath or not.
