Hi,

I was planning to use the screen tips to allow people to hover over a field and see guidance as to how to answer each specific question.

I was using the Screen Tips field within the Advanced section fine for text boxes but when i get to my drop down controls the screen tips field no longer exists.

So thought I could add an bitmap of an "i" and get people to click on that to call a hyperlink to an html pop up that will display the guidance info - do people think that might work.

Its a shame the screen tips thing looked like such a simple way of doing it.

One other option to give guidance to users in order to answer each specific question is having a Help tab in task pane. When you click on any field you will be able to see help or guidance text for that particular field or question.
Try out this linkhttp://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms788213(office.11).aspx which says how to create a custom task pane with help text.
