I'm so close on this, but cannot get it to work.
Could someone please post in Jscript how to copy or modify a rich text box while preserving the format?
for example: my:field1 is rich text and I would like to programmatically add a user name to this field when a user submits the form. I need to keep the original formatting.
I know that you have to refer to the xml nodes and perform an appendchild function, but everything I've tried results in nothing happening.
Your help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
