Is there anyway to remove the grey dotted outline that shows up when you mouse over a repeating section?

Hello and welcome to our forum. The reason why this is not possible is that it is to indicate to the user the chunk that repeats. From a usability perspective it was decided that less flexibility here is better so that different IP forms have generally consistent and predictable UI.
