I have a simple InfoPath form I am using to collect data. Forms are submitted via email to multiple addresses internally and externally. I created an InfoPath folder in Outlook to view the data. Promoting form properties worked flawlessly and allowed me to view my chosen fields. However, when I close and re-start Outlook, the InfoPath folder loses its association with the form. I have to promote form properties again each time I open Outlook. Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can resolve this?
