Hi

 Can anyone assist me on how to be able to count the amount of times a certain name appears on a form that was selected from a drop down box.

 A form contains a drop down box with a list of names.  This appears in a repeating table and a group of users use the same form but have to select their name depicting who made that particular entry.  At the end of the month I need to know how many entries are made per name in the drop down box.

Can anyone assist?

You can calculate this using the following expression.

Add a whole number field to the data source. And in the default value field, use count function. Double click to insert a field, select the repeating node. Click on Filter data. There select the drop down field is equal to ‘the name you want to count'. Click ok.
