Is qrules  stand alone add in?

I can not seem to get it to work, specifically the Delete command

qRules has operations that will work with any InfoPath form and some operations that will only work with DBXL.

In the case of Delete, it will work without DBXL (on any InfoPath form).

Could you share the command that you are using? I'd like to see what the problem could be.

Ok - for somereason it was not working on my lptop and now i is working on my desktop of course I am using two different test forms so maybe it didn't like something in my laptop form.

Is there a way for qrules to remove a digital signature?
