Need Help: Publish Expense Report with repeated items to Sharepoint: Only show one item

I am trying to publish Expense report to Sharepoint with itemiazed expense items.  However it only show one item in sharepoint list.

In Form option, when I were adding columns under item (item date, item description...), it seems I HAVE TO select a Function such as first, last, count, merge.  If I do select first function,  then only one item displayed when the form have multiple items.

How can I be able to publish form with repeat section and show multiple items in shaerpoint?

    Thanks,

    Sharon

Hi Sharon and welcome to the forums.

If you want to see the repeating items in SharePoint you need to promote them as merge, this will concactenate them into one long string with SharePoint using a LF charachter as a delimeter.

FYI, if you want to do detailed reporting out of SharePoint for repeating data from InfoPath you are going to have some issues if you export to Excel for example.

    Thank you Ted!

I am now using Merge function on all Columns under Item, however I only got repeated items for item description and Item category.  Even though I have entered Item amounts, no item amount been displayed on SharePoint list.  Also, it only display Item Date for the first item.   Any suggestions?

FYI: ,  I am trying to follow the instruction from Qdabra on "How to Create SQL Report using DBXL Web Service".

    Thanks,

    Sharon
