Problem with "missing" or "unassocatied" csproj files etc.

So a long time ago in a land far far away, I created an InfoPath form in 2003 and published it to Sharepoint.  The form had some code behind in C# and I remember writing the code in Visual Studio I believe.   This gave me a handful of files that were associated with the form.  Since then, I misplaced the files and thought that I had deleted them.  When I opened the form to edit it I was given a very useful message that I can't remember and proceeded to make changes and republish.  Now, I have to change the certificate and when I hit okay I get the following error message:

"Visual Studio must be used to add business logic to this form template.  Please close this form template and open the Visual Studio project for it."

So, I have since found the old files, and forgetting everything that I learned six or seven months ago.  All that being said, how can I make changes to the form?  Can I re-associate those old files to this form somehow?

So I think I may have solved my problem.  I started a "New Project" in Visual Studio and chose an InfoPath From Template.  I was then prompted to where I could point to an existing file or template to base it off of.  I pointed it to the URL on my published tempalte and it built the project.  Then I just coped the original FormCode.cs file into the project and everything seems to be working again.
