XmlFormView hosted in a SharePoint custom web part: NotifyHost not firing

I have a XmlFormView control that is hosted in a SharePoint custom web part. In the form code, I call NotifyHost("Hello World"). In the web part code, I have registered an event handler for the NotifyHost event. The NotifyHost event never gets fired.

If I host the XmlFormView control on a ASP.NET page, the NotifyHost event is fired.

Is this scenario supported?

Hello ,

Could you help me.

In my custom ASP.NET page I hosted XmlFormView control and on event NotifyHost I need to send infopath form to PDF.

The NotifyHost event is not fired.

Initialize event is fired .

I send infopath form to PDF from button click it's work perfect.
