The SQL statement cannot be represented

    Hi,
I am trying to link to a database on a shared drive within my network and just getting the error message "The SQL statement cannot be represented as a tree view. To remove the SQL statement, click Edit SQL, and then delete the statement."

If the database is impoorted onto a blank database on my C: I do not get this problem. Is there something I am doing wrong or is there a way around this.

    PLEASE Help

    Hi Keith,
I have read your post twice, but I have no idea. Sorry!

Sometimes InfoPath needs to see some sample data so that it can derive a schema for the DB - maybe this is the problem?
