    Adminstrator Approval

I created a simple form template and published it to a document library. Everything worked wonderful. Later I was playing around with and learning the designer, placed a button on the form, looked at the "code behind" and so forth. Before publishing the form I removed the button. When I went to publish the form ( to include web enabled ) I have to get Administrator approval. I've been through all that and understand what that's all about.

What I don't understand is that I don't have any code in the form now,  but it seems as though the designer still thinks I do, hence the "Adminitrator Approval" prompt. The only thing I can think of, is removing the button via the GUI, didn't completely remove everything, some reference somewhere and designer still thinks I have code. I don't know.

How do I "clean" everything up, get back to where I was where I can simply publish the form to the doc library. A time before, the only way I could do that was to delete the doc library and redo the form. That's a pain in the butt. Any thoughts, suggestions will be appreciated.

    Hi

To clean up the link to the code do the following:

    • Menu Tools -> Form Options
    • Select Programming
    • Click on the Remove Code button in the Programming Language Section

This action will remove the link to the Code Project.  Once this link is available in the Form, even without code you wrote, the Administrator Approval is required.
