Hi we have a infopath form template which was recently upgraded from 2007 to 2010 , there are some forms which were already submitted to the form library before this upgrade was done. Now when we try to open those forms we get both date and time in one date field and the data type for this textbox is only Date hence we get a validation error and we cannot resubmmit this form , when we submit a new form all works fine, but we get this problem for al the existing forms. I am very new to InfoPath can you please help me for resolving this issue.
We have set the value of this textbox t today() on a checkbox rule and we get the expected date like 4/29/2013 in new forms but in old forms we get the date as 2012-03-27T00:00:00Z
Note: the field type was not changed during upgrade.
