I have created a form and applied an approval workflow using SharePoint Designer. I have done this a couple of time before and have surprisingly been successful using the built in options.
The problem is on this form when a new form is submitted an email is sent to an approver with a link in the email (this was automatically put there) to approve or reject. On click on this link the form is opened in the browser but there is no option to 'Open the task'. Is this becuase the form is opening in the browser and not the client? If so, how to I change this please?
