Hi All, 

I have a workflow in my form. When I click "Craete E-mail" buton it opendsthe Outlook envelope. Even without clicking the send button i am able to submit the form. But the e-mail notification to the approver will be missed. What i need is

1) Sending the e-mail should be mandatory

2) Submit the form to the sharepoint document library when the e-mail is sent.

Hi,

Do you have separate buttons for "Send Email" and "Submit"? Why don't you try putting the email action rule in the submit button itself, so everytime users click the submit button, email will also be sent?
