I have IP2007 & Access 2007 and have several forms connected to an access 2007 db. IP2007 is now crashing every time i try to submit a form.
One of my access 2007 db's woks perfectly with IP2007 the other has now developed problems for no reason.
Each time I hit submit, the program crashes with no reason. When i look into the database file there is a file named "Microsoft Office Access Record-Locking Information" 1KB.
This file is generated everytime you open IP2007 and change/add data. On the forms that do work successfully, the file deletes itself after the submit action has been completed.
On the forms that crash, the file is left behind and locks the database causing the submit to fail and hence crashing infopath.
Some setting in IP2007 is causing the file to open and lock out the database. I have rset & connected to the data connection a dozen times, I have tested the SQL statement and it proves "Successful" every time.
There is no code or script in the forms and all settings are identical to the forms that work. They are two seperate dbs both in the same drive and file. The forms are also on the same drive & file have you come accross this before?
