Reply Contact I have a SharePoint list which is populated by an MS Access front end. There is a date field called DateofReivew, with the type "Date and Time". When I first put it into production, the users entered reviews and the current date/time was populated. Recently I was testing a new front end form and found the date was left blank. The value of the field was no longer set to Today. Therefore, I modified the field and set the Default Value to Today. (Menu option) That only picked up the date and not the time. (i.e. 12:00 AM) When I select Calculated Value and enter the formula =NOW(), it returns the following error: "The formula contains a syntax error or is not supported." Can you help? Now() should work. What about that function isn't working for you? Have you tried using the today() function?
