Deploying Form With Managed Code: What am I missing?

Hello.  My first post to this board (which rocks, btw!)...

Trying to deploy an InfoPath 2007 form that has managed code.  Actually, I am not even doing anything with data right now - just have a form that has a button and a textbox. Very simple.  The button has an event handler.

    Here's my environment.

    SharePoint 2007 Enterprise installed.
    Visual Studio 2005
    InfoPath 2007
    VSTO 2005 SE

Created an InfoPath 2007 template project and in the form, added a textbox and a button.  When the button is clicked, something happens (something simple). My question is, what is the best way to deploy this to a document library in SharePoint 2007?  I have tried several things and come up with anything from "cannot open form" errors to  "cannot find UDC" errors during publishing.  So, I am missing something here?

Is there a simple guideline for steps involved in deploying a form that has managed code?  Tried everythinig, really, and am looking for clear solution.

    Thanks.
    Alan

Thanks for all the replies. Yes - those links that are mentioned in here are very familiar.  Believe that I did follow the steps therein.
After posting my question, I continued to play around and actually got the thing to work.

For all those interested, this is what I'm trying to accomplish:

Create InfoPath Form that has on it:

    1. File Attachment control
    2. Repeating Table
    3. Button

The user will attach a spreadsheet of data that they create.  (Data is actually made of AD user accounts)
After attaching the data, hitting the button will convert the spreadsheet contents (Excel into XML) into a data source and I'll bring it into the repeating table dynamically.
Error checking may occur after the table is populated (checking validity of entries against actual accounts in AD).

This form will operate with a workflow.  When the data is all in there, the user then clicks the "Request" button to get the workflow started.

With that all said, just have to code it up now.... RIGHT??? I have a clear image of how it should be, but have to piece things together little by little and test incrementally.
Perhaps there is someone who has already done this and would like to jump in to hold my hand?
