InfoPath Dev

I have a simple form that gets submitted to a MOSS library. All works fine. But after the user submits the form and it closes, InfoPath 2007 stays open. So the user is left staring at the InfoPath 2007 screen.

We do not want to use Forms Server. Am I missing something very simple here? Shouldn't the user be taken back to the MOSS library and InfoPath close autmotically once the form is submitted?

Yes it should close InfoPath.

You are using the close form action in a rule or are you trying to use some other method?

Under the advanced tab under the submit option I chose "close form after submit".

Form is basic and being opended form a MOSS form lib. I publised it to that lib from Infopath.

Is the previous submit working?

You might want to switch to rules on your submit.

Then specify the submit action and then a close form and see if that works differently.
