Getting Multiple Selection List Box selections to create rows in a repeating table or section

I have a MSLB pulling data from a SharePoint list.

What I need: To have the selections in the MSLB create new, separate rows in a repeating table. Each repeating table row created by the MSLB selections will need to have a additional fields that the user will need to fill out.

So far I tried binding the first field in the repeating table to the MSLB, and that seems to work fine (as I select a MSLB item it creates a row and populates the first field. It leaves the first row blank but that's another matter). But the other fields/columns in the repeating table disappear. If I add additional fields into the repeating table and bind it to the table, the values of those additional fields get populated in each row. They need to be unique (just like a standard, good ol' normal repeating table.)

This seems like it would be simple, but alas it's not! BTW, I'm not a code guy so it needs to be a codeless solution. Any help would be appreciated.

I am not sure there is a way to do this without code. Do you know how many possible options there will be in the multiselect? Does the data come from a secondary data source?
