We've got Infopath 2003, WSS 3.0 and SharePoint 2007. In another message, I learned how to create unique filenames [concat() function] for my Infopath documents.
If I start a workflow (new Infopath form) and "submit" it, it generates a unique filename, which includes the "now" function. An email message gets sent to the next group of reviewers. Once they make their changes to the original document and click "submit", SharePoint creates a new filename and starts a new workflow process (at the beginning).
How do I set up the form/process, so that new documents are automatically named (uniquely)? Secondly, once a document is changed by the next reviewer and "submitted", it overwrites the changes and keeps the original filename.
