Here is my challenge (I am relatively new to this), I have a List/ Form that i have many items that have to be validated or checked off. I have for each line of validation a drop down selection that says GO or No GO, and then I have a person/group picker field and a Date/Time field. What I would like to happen as the person that is currently working thru the validation process, when they select GO or NO GO, that the Person Picker for that line 'Selects' that current user and the current Date/Time. THEN, once all lines are set to GO, then trigger a workflow notification to an email for 'Review' HELP?

 So - this is a SharePoint List form? If so, I've found that rules to set a people picker don't work in an edit form - by "don't work" I mean "completely fail to set a value". Setting the date time field should be easy tho - have a rule on your Go / No Go field that if it equals go, set your date time to the now() function. Then you could use workflow to set your people picker, with a condition that your go / no go date time is not blank, and that your people picker is - you could pick up who made the change from the Modified By column. Does that make sense?
