Thanks Qazi for your response. One question I have in mind is, do I need to publish the form on both the libraries( http://a.com and http://b.com )?

Need urgent help!!! Scenario: I have 2 sharepoint sites, locally hosted http://a.com and on the web http://b.com 2 different IP's, 2 different servers, different logins no link between the 2. As per the policy i need to keep a replica of the work done locally to the web as well, immediate changes...
