You need to create a rule to update the value of your username field whenever the form is opened. Go to "Tools / Form Options / Open and Save" and add this rule: Action: =fx Set a field's value, Field: @username, Value: username(). You should be good to go.

What is the simplest solution to get userName from multiple users who uses the form (for filling out, approvals, and etc...) the problem is that i don't want to override the record from previous user by each consecutive user. any ideas? (IP2007 browser enabled)
