InfoPath Dev

Right now I use InfoPath as a stand alone piece of software. It is not connected to anything and I don't post it to the web. I email my respondents the xsn, they fill it out, and email me back the completed xml. With FormsViewer, can I still do that, or does it HAVE to be posted to the web? If it...
