This is the final screen of the publishing wizard, summarizing the process to be performed.

Enter the path that the users will use to access the form, which may differ from the one you use. This often could be a web url instead of a network path.

The Publishing Wizard requires the name and path to where you want to place the published template when publishing to a network location.

Creating a New Document Type in DAT. Name the Document Type and use the Attachment Control to upload your form template. Then Save the configuration and return to the Catalog view.
