This is an example of the history section from the Base Form in DBXL.

Here is an example of a individual document catalog. Use "View Docs" in the Catalog view to view this. This will list all of the documents with links to them. It also has a link to open a new document. It uses paging to improve performance when their are many documents.

This is a sample Screen Shot of the DBXL Admin Tool (DAT) catalog view. This lists all of the document types currently configured and you can manage each document type or navigate to View Docs to create a new form or view existing stored documents.
