hi,
how do i set up an approval needed to be routed, in series, to as many as a few different managers.
any one of them can reject it at any time.
if the request is rejected, the workflow stops and the request is not forwarded to the remaining managers.
the request is rejected as a whole.

hi, i had the same problems as you.
but i tried this, and it worked for me.
On the Tools menu, click Form Options.
Click Security and Trust, and then select the Sign this form template check box.
Click Select Certificate.
In the Select Certificate dialog box, click the certificate that you want to digitally sign the form template ...

i will be using sharepoint.
2003 or 2007 for which? the sharepoint or infopath?
i am not so sure about quite alot stuff. my supervisor just gave me the task and expects me to learn on my own.
so my only resource i can learn is through the net.
i think the authorized person is predetermined.
