  • Re: double eval to combine repeating table field

ok, that's just annoying.  If I manually take out all the extra pieces in the path, it works just fine.  I'm almost afraid to ask why it makes a difference in operation to have the field name versus the full xpath. Thanks for the help!!

  • Re: double eval to combine repeating table field

it's been filling it in for me.  I put the my:proj_rel_wk in there and by the time I ok my way out, it resolves itself to the full path.

  • double eval to combine repeating table field

This is driving me insane.  I'm using a double eval to group together information from a field in a repeating table, and the output is only pulling the data from the first row and repeating it. My schema: myFields group1    proj_rel_wk_rg (repeating group)       proj_rel_wk (text ...

  • Re: Promote field to Sharepoint as a People and Groups datatype

I've not tried doing multiples but my food for thought are...did you make your people and group field in the list allow multiple selections?  And, have you checked to see how the data is being promoted, meaning is it coming over as "john.doe; mary.smith" or some form of the account names separated in a way that SP likes?  ...

  • System out of memory error and related questions

I've got a form template that one user out of maybe 6-7 is getting a System out of memory error.  I'm not finding a lot of information on this error outside of that it could be caused by too many fields, too many views, and/or too many contact selectors.  It seems a little odd that only 1 person is running into this, so does ...

  • Display contents of a digital signature?

I haven't found a solution to my question, so it may well still not be possible.  I have a form that has multiple sections that can be digitally signed.  When the form status is "completed", the users are automatically directed to read-only views.  I need to show the digital sigs but not allow any changes to them, ...

  • Display a signature, but not allow to change, delete or add.

I have a read-only view of my form and I need to be able to see the digital signatures for a section but not allow any additional signatures to be added, nor allow deletes, etc to it.  How do I go about getting that accomplished? IP 2007/MOSS/Browser-enabled form Thanks! Karen.

  • General questions about different things in and around Infopath

There's a couple of areas that I know how to deal with when it comes around, but I don't really understand what's really going on with them so I'm hoping that someone can help me with these or point me to a place that discusses in detail.  My environment details are: IP 2007 and MOSS/SP 2007. Assembly name - This comes ...

  • Re: Making a copy of a form template

I did the change ID piece, but when I go to edit code on a button or whatever it's still pointing me to the same VS project as the original.  How do I separate the backend code from the original template as well?  I need the whole thing to be on it's own little island, independent from the original.

  • Re: Problem with Digital Signatures

I hope you get an answer to this because I've had something very similar happen with mine as well.  My forms started getting ugly when I upgraded the form template as well, however with mine it essentially corrupted the whole form meaning any form that had a digital signature on it when I did the upgrade to the new template would no ...
