Hello,
I have setup a Data Connection call - getuserColleagues using https://sharepoint_server/_vti_bin/UserProfileService.asmx?WSDL
I added a dropdown box and I can pick any of my colleagues eMail. Works wonderful.
I would now like to auto populate their name in another box after selecting their eMail, what rules ...

Hilary,
That works so I can see that InfoPath 2010 Filler is working with this form.
Is this a known problem and I need to remove InfoPath 2007 in order to make InfoPath 2010 Filler the default?
Is there something in SharePoint or in InfoPath that you know of can be set to make InfoPath 2010 Filler default application?
Cheers,

Hello,
I have both InfoPath 2007 and InfoPath 2010 on my machine as I still have to maintain a few old forms.
My issue only exists for me. All users are able to use this form in SharePoint.
I have developed a International Travel Request (ITR) form in InfoPath 2007. We used this for about 3 years.

Hilary,
Binding it seems to be straightforward. But this: "set the default data to not include the field bound to the multi-select by default"

Is there a way to populate a numbered list box based on the order they select it in the Multiple-Selection?
I know if I put a rule in the Multiple-Selection I seem to only get the last item selected.
Multiple Selection:
Apples
Oranges
Cherries
Pears
...
If I pick ...

Jimmy,
Thx so much, worked like a charm!
Only one small annoyance, I could not cut and paste and I actually had to use insert Function in InfoPath for each one,
which I find a bit strange. Microsoft could improve the Function editor to be more friendly.

Hello,
Used the code from this wonderful forum:
http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/20875/72441.aspx#72441
eval(eval(CountryRepeating, 'concat(my:Cntry, " | ")'), "..")
My answer ends up:
US | Thailand | UK |
Any way to make it not do the final | (pipe) after UK?
Cheers,
PAW
