Hilary, That works so I can see that InfoPath 2010 Filler is working with this form. Is this a known problem and I need to remove InfoPath 2007 in order to make InfoPath 2010 Filler the default? Is there something in SharePoint or in InfoPath that you know of can be set to make InfoPath 2010 Filler default application? Cheers, PAW

Jimmy, Thx so much, worked like a charm! Only one small annoyance, I could not cut and paste and I actually had to use insert Function in InfoPath for each one, which I find a bit strange.  Microsoft could improve the Function editor to be more friendly. PAW
