    I found a solution. I concatenated all of the score attributes, then set a rule to say that if the concatanation contained a 5 then the score is 5.&nbsp; If the concatenation did not contain a 5 and contained a 4, then the score was 4, etc.

    Hi Qazi I have around 10 fields that can influence the result of the default value, and I have around 40 default values, so using rules would be very time consuming.&nbsp; I am hoping that there is a way to set a flag on the form, and when that flag is set, stop all calcualtions on the form.&nbsp; Do you know if this is ...

    Hi Qazi The problem with doing that is that if the data feeding the calculated field is updated, then the calculated field is not updated, as we have marked the field containing the default answer as being manually updated.&nbsp; Any other suggestions? &nbsp;Thanks Darryl

    I wasn't able to sort the views in alpha order, so deleted the views and recreated them in alpha order. &nbsp;Not as slick as the function above, but it worked for me. &nbsp;I still used the above function to display the views. &nbsp;It's still a great piece of code.
