Hi all
I have a form that will be used over the next 2 years. Users will regularly open the form, update it and save it back to SharePoint.
My problem is that there is likely to be 4-5000 forms in the library so I need to use subfolders to accommodate them.
Can anyone suggest a best practice method for using subfolders?

Can you please tell me whether it relies on the fields being promoted? If so, would it require fields to be promoted from the outset, or could I simply promote my fields now, then report using DBXL?

I have a library with 2000+ forms within in it. We promote a number of fields when we submit to the library, but we have realised that we would like to promote another one to SharePoint.
I can promote the field, then relink the documents, but this will mean ticking the relink box 2000+ times.
Is there another way to access the data ...

I have taken 'inspiration' from Matt's switching views script, and managed to get something that does what I need i.e. allows me to dictate which order the links appear in. Here is the rather clumsy, but working, script:

I have, and it's brilliant. The problem is that you lose control of the order the views appear in. I want to put them in a certain order, so I was planning to create a new pane.

I have a form which contains 18 views. I want to provide a task pane that allows the user to choose their views, from a hyperlink. Can anyone tell me what the html syntax is to link to a view in the form?

Looks like i have managed to solve my own problem
It seems the issue was that I was not looking at the current "Lender". I looked into using Current, etc, but as I am not a developer, I just found that confusing. Instead, I did the following, which worked perfctly:
