    Michal, you can - just make sure you go to the File->Form Options ->Compatability menu and choose your form type to be 2007.  This will help the compatability identify what features you have that are causing you problems.  This will probably take care of your second question around e-mail submittion.     If your using Infopath 2010 you can hide the control and you don't have to use a section to do so.

    What I see happening in my environment is that when using the data connection "submit to sharepoint" there are random cases where SP see the document still being open on the submitters station.  Therefore, the next approvers in the workflow can't edit the form because they get a ReadOnly message.   To verify this I ...

    There is no outlook on the PDA, just standard Windows Mobile 5 or 6.  We see the same behavior on Blackberry's and the Goodlink Service as well. So it's not just Active Sync with messaging.

    I have a form that when we were on Office 2003 worked just fine on all platforms.  Upon upgrading to Office 2007 our PDA users running Active Sync now get forms with missing content.  Outlook users can see all the content just fine.  So we had to resort to ensuring that the senders of the form use Office 2003 for now until ...
