  • Re: Filtering XML Data

I have actually discovered an answer to method one in another forum listing that I came across:  http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/21858/75705.aspx#75705 But still interested in seeing if Method 2 is possible, even though Method 1 seems easier now that I have figured it out.

  • Form Library Views

I am using IP2007 with SP and MOSS07. Our SP is setup so that each user has their own login and must sign into the intranet site individually to access or fill out any forms. Each user has their own individual ID and then we also assign a Family ID, this is so that they can obtain individual related items, such as copy of their ...

  • Re: Accessing two web services on one form?

If you are using IP 2007 you can add as many data sources as you want, i am not sure about IP 2003. Choose "receive" and then "webservices" in the data conections wizard. Hope this helps.

  • Re: Error caused by too much date

Is this how you have it set up now? Create a secondary data source to "receive" data from a "sharepoint library or list". Follow the Wizard, and make sure that on the screen after you select the list, that you choose the fields that you are wanting to display (address, city, state, ect) as well as the Code ID. On the ...

Now just so that I understand what you are trying to do. User opens the form and then enters in a code. Based on this code you want address information to autofill in other sections of your form, right?

  • Re: preview view and printed form look different

I had this same problem but I figured out to do the following to get past it.  Use the "Create Print Version for this View" option in the View Tab. In the Views task pane, double-click the print view you just made to bring up the View Poperties box. Select the options that you want on the Print Settings and Page Setup tabs, ...

  • Re: Curious...

I have one that is just under 4 mb with 4 data connections. However mine has a bunch of user views and also contains a bunch of images. It runs fine as a web enabled form for 90% of my users. Some users in remote areas with slow connections experience a delay in loading the form and some of the views take up to 30 seconds to load. I ...

  • Re: UserName function

Wouldnt it be easier to uncheck the box for "Update this value when the result of the formula is recalculated." under the Default Value where userName() is the default value. This method would allow for the user creating the new forms name to be displayed only. Any subsequent users name would not be autofilled.
